Jared and Damien swinging on some monkey vines on the trail
Us three
There was a rock slide leading into this little pool.
About to jump off
Today I woke up at 6am to drive down to the Karawatha Stake chapel to ball some ball with Phil, and Priscilla's brother, Liam. There's a group of about 10-15 people that go there every Saturday morning, so it's nice to do something early. At 7:30 we left to go down to Sunnybank Hills rugby field because Karawatha ward was playing flag touch against another ward in a 3-game series. It was two 30 minute halves, and Jewel and Spain and their kids were there. Andrew Katene was there as well with all the elders playing. It was nice to get know another ward, and it was funny to meet some cousins from back home. I forgot their names, but they said for me to tell mum and dad they said Hi. So, Hi Mum and Dad from family members that I don't remember. We got beat pretty bad by their ward. It was all fun and games the first half, but during the halftime break both teams went under their own shade and started devising a plan to smash the other team. By 9 o'clock the sun was draining the energy out of everyone. I can't believe how hot it gets and it's still only spring. It should be illegal for it to be that hot so soon. And the weather people have been saying its the coldest spring in 20 some odd years. But after we played touch I went back to the house and Jared, Damien, and I decided today would be the perfect day to go to the waterfall. There were dozens of people everywhere, and it was really nice to dip in some cool water. There were so scary as drops, but we overcame the fear.
